Agreement
By accessing or using Cut the FOMO, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
What Cut the FOMO provides
Cut the FOMO analyzes submitted social-media content for observable persuasion patterns. Quick checks focus on the content itself. Deep checks may add public-source context. Profile scans look for recurring patterns across a supported public profile. Screenshot processing extracts visible text for analysis.
Results are informational. They can be incomplete, inaccurate, or affected by missing context. A score or detected pattern is not a finding that a person is dishonest, unsafe, or acting with a particular intent. You remain responsible for decisions you make after using the service.
Accounts and access
Some features require an account. You must provide accurate sign-in information, keep access to your sign-in method secure, and promptly report suspected unauthorized use. We may reject disposable, unverified, or otherwise ineligible email addresses and may limit account creation to prevent abuse.
You may not create multiple accounts or manipulate device, identity, network, or payment information to obtain duplicate free-credit grants or bypass usage limits.
Credits and purchases
Completed checks consume the number of credits shown in the product. If a check fails without producing a result, its credits are returned and the failed check costs 0 credits. New eligible accounts may receive a one-time promotional credit grant. Promotional credits can be limited by account, device, network, or other abuse-prevention signals and may change or end.
Paid credits are added after payment is confirmed. Credits are a limited license to request supported checks; they are not money, stored value, or transferable property. Prices, pack sizes, taxes, and the number of credits required for a feature are shown at purchase or use.
If a payment is reversed, refunded, disputed, or charged back, we may reverse the corresponding credits. Refund rights required by applicable law remain unaffected. For a billing problem, use the support contact included with your purchase receipt and provide the transaction details needed to investigate.
Content you submit
You keep any rights you have in submitted content. You give us a limited permission to process that content only as needed to provide, secure, maintain, and improve the service under these terms and the Privacy Policy.
Only submit content you are legally allowed to use for this purpose. Do not submit private communications, confidential information, unlawful content, or personal data that is unnecessary for the check. Public availability does not remove your responsibility to respect other people’s rights.
Acceptable use
You may not use Cut the FOMO to:
- Break the law or violate another person’s rights.
- Harass, profile, discriminate against, or make high-impact decisions about a person.
- Present automated output as a verified fact about a creator’s character or intent.
- Probe, disrupt, overload, scrape, reverse engineer, or bypass service protections.
- Share access tokens, exploit credits, automate abusive volume, or interfere with other users.
- Use the service or its output to develop a competing model or dataset without permission.
Third-party services and sources
The service relies on third-party infrastructure, payment, and public-source services, and may link to public sources or social platforms. Their services, availability, and content are outside our control and may be governed by separate terms. A source link does not mean we endorse its content.
Our service
Cut the FOMO, its interface, branding, software, and original content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These terms give you a personal, limited, revocable, non-exclusive right to use the service as provided. They do not transfer ownership of the service or its underlying technology.
Availability and account action
We may change, suspend, or discontinue features to maintain security, comply with law, respond to provider changes, or improve the product. We may limit or suspend access when we reasonably believe these terms were violated, the service is at risk, payment failed, or action is legally required.
Disclaimers
Cut the FOMO is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not promise that every tactic, claim, source, or risk will be detected, that every result will be correct, or that the service will always be available. The service does not provide financial, legal, medical, psychological, or professional advice.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, the operator of Cut the FOMO will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, goodwill, or opportunities arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Changes and general terms
We may update these terms when the product or legal requirements change. The updated date will appear above. Continued use after an update takes effect means you accept the revised terms. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.
Questions about these terms can be sent through the support contact shown in the product or in your purchase receipt.
